MaHIMA Mentorship

MaHIMA has created a pilot mentorship program that focuses on pairing seasoned professionals with those looking for a change or new to the field. The purpose of the program is to foster a connection between subject matter experts and those who seek educational advice, career guidance, professional and personal growth and development, and real-life learning experience.
Program Structure:
*As a mentee, you determine your areas of interest and needs
*MaHIMA will work to identify the appropriate mentor based on your interests and needs
*Mentorship can take place virtual or in-person (post COVID)
*Subject matter experts will work one on one with mentee’s to provide tailored guidance, materials, and education
