Duties
• Liaison between exhibitors and Board and make necessary arrangements for the annual
state conference exhibitor showcase
• Work with conference planning committee securing space and electricity for exhibits
• Send letters of invitation, confirmation and reminders as well as registration information
to potential vendors
• Develop floor plan for booth arrangements
• Help coordinate and plan industry conference and related activities, when needed
• Submit any related material for newsletters
• Maintain current vendor list with contact information
• Inform and seek support from industry and allied groups regarding pending legislation
and other Association concerns
• Attend Board meetings
