Here at ACE, we think of our employees and passengers as part of the family. We have known many of you for years and above all, our top priority is to protect the health and safety for each one of us. While the great majority of ACE riders are staying or working from home, we are proud to keep operating a vital and safe service to essential workers and others who must travel to perform their duties. During this challenging time, the surveys you’ve been taking have been a vital information loop that we have used to adjust and plan for our passengers to return.

During this challenging time, the surveys you’ve been taking have been a vital information loop that we have used to adjust and plan for our passengers to return.
In the following survey, you’ll see that we have two primary goals: to better understand the diversity of our riders demographically (household size, annual household income, ethnicity, etc.) and check-in on what the future holds for telecommuting. As a part of our efforts to continue to seek funding that subsidizes ACE operations, we’re asked, “Who rides ACE?” and “Is ACE really a needed transportation service?” By you giving us just five minutes of your time, we can accurately report these findings, keep/expand our service, and maintain our great ticket prices. Please know that individual responses are never tracked and are 100% anonymous, meaning we don’t track or store any of your personal data.
In addition to the demographic data, the telecommuting information will help us continue to understand how your travel patterns are going to evolve over time.
