Many times, people will associate wellness with their physical health, such as exercise and nutrition. But in reality, wellness is the full integration of an individual’s physical, mental and spiritual well-being. Wellness is being able to create a well-rounded and balanced lifestyle.  
Let’s refer to wellness as a wheel composed of seven dimensions that are aspects of who you are as an individual.
The Wellness Wheel seven dimensions are: emotional, intellectual, physical, social, environmental, financial, and spiritual. All of the dimensions are interconnected and important to a well-rounded and balanced lifestyle

Definition of healthy living:
As it applies to individuals, healthy living is the practice of health enhancing behaviours, or put simply, living in healthy ways. It implies the physical, mental and spiritual capacity to make healthy choices.

What is having a healthy lifestyle?
A healthy lifestyle has both short and long term health benefits. Long term, eating a balanced diet, taking regular exercise and maintaining a healthy weight can add years to your life and reduce the risk of certain diseases including cancer, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, osteoporosis and obesity
