Heritage Care have agreed to start negotiation for a new enterprise agreement in early 2021. 

This means that union members can campaign for better wages and conditions at work.

The HSU bargaining team will represent all HSU members in the negotiation. We want union members to be active in bargaining and the first step is this survey about your top priorities and how you can get involved.
