Saskatchewan Pharmacy Patient Experience Questionnaire

Thank you for sharing your feedback on pharmacy care.

The Saskatchewan College of Pharmacy Professionals (SCPP) regulates pharmacy in Saskatchewan. Its role is to protect the public by supporting safe and high-quality pharmacy care.

SCPP wants to understand your experiences to help identify what is working well and where improvements are needed. The questions in this survey are based on Canadian standards for pharmacy care set by the National Association of Pharmacy Regulatory Authorities.

This survey asks about your experience as a patient or caregiver. Please think about the pharmacy you have visited most often in the past six months.

When answering, consider the pharmacy team, including pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, interns, and pharmacy assistants. Focus on your interactions when picking up prescriptions or asking health-related questions.

Your responses are confidential and anonymous. They will not identify you or the pharmacy you visited, and they are not linked to your contact information.

Please note: This survey is not for submitting complaints. If you have concerns about a pharmacy team, you can submit a complaint through the Saskatchewan College of Pharmacy Professionals website.
