This is an exciting year for the New York State Division on Career Development and Transition. We are holding our first statewide conference on Transition. The board from the NYS DCDT have worked with the planners from previous years Professional Development Institutes on Transiton to bring you a conference with current fresh topcis to extend and support your efforts in the transition of youth with disabilites. Be part of the conference. Bring a poster to share information about your program or service. We are having a poster session at the reception. Eat, drink, chat, learn about other programs.
