Help keep downtown Vancouver clean and vibrant by joining the Business Challenge in tandem with our annual Spruce the Couve event on May 9th!
Here’s how to participate:
1. Gather a group of co-workers, choose a cleanup project in the downtown business district, and register your team (link below).
2. Complete your project between April 18 – May 8. Take photos before, during, and after.
3. Submit your photos to admin@vdausa.org by May 8.
Project Ideas:
· Remove graffiti or apply fresh paint
· Add planters or greenery to tree wells or bare areas
· Paint a mural (The Mural Society can assist with permits)
· Pressure wash sidewalks or buildings
· Improve outdoor lighting
· Pick up litter
Winners will receive either a group activity or a pizza party.
DEADLINES:
Sign up by April 18th
Complete project by May 8th
Send photos by May 8th
