VOHAC Interest Form Survey

The Veteran Oral Health Action Collaborative is a program designed to advance knowledge, awareness, and adoption in three key areas: care integration, data utilization, and quality improvement using the MORE Care model as a guide.

Hosted by AIDPH in collaboration with CareQuest Institute, this new program will begin in May 2023 and includes the following elements:

1. Monthly intensives with didactic and case-based discussion on veteran oral health.
2. Self-assessments for organizational readiness in creating integrated care delivery models.
3. Hands-on training in designing and implementing data-driven solutions to value-building in veteran oral health.
4. Organizational certification in veteran oral health training.
