Rating Review

The Lower Eyre Council is proposing changes to the basis upon which it charges Council Rates.

Council are proposing to move to rating by a properties Land Use as opposed to its location with this change to come into effect for the 2026/27 year.

The Rating Review Consultation Paper identifies Council's reasons for the proposed changes and the impacts that this will have on Council's ratepayers.
