ISCT CGT Workforce Training and Development Survey, 2020, in Partnership with CellCAN |
The ISCT Early Stage Professionals (ESP) Committee conducted a preliminary job market survey in 2018 to assess the training experience of professionals entering the cell and gene therapy industry.
In an effort to continue educating members of the cell and gene therapy field about the landscape of education and training requirements, ISCT and CellCAN have partnered to develop a 2020 CGT Workforce Training and Development survey which specifically targets early stage professionals working in clinical manufacturing settings in North America. The survey aims to gather information about historic and recurring training opportunities pursued by respondents, as well as information about current roles and responsibilities.
The survey should take approximately 10 minutes to complete, and results will be made publicly available in a report published by ISCT and CellCAN.
