We have so many exciting things happening in the West Bloomfield Parks system, which are largely possible because of the Bond approved by voters in 2024. We have completed a number of projects with more under construction, including the new Connect Community Center at the Civic Center Campus, and projects in the design phase such as the new nature playground coming to Pine Lake Park in the spring. While all of this is going on, our staff is starting to think about 2027, 2028 and beyond. The Commission is in the process of updating our 5-Year Plan, which is a guiding document that will continue to shape goals, objectives and priorities as well as keep us eligible to apply for grants through the Michigan Department of Natural Resources.

The results of this survey will be used to assist in understanding current opinions and priorities for the future. This survey is only intended for West Bloomfield residents and should take no more than 10 minutes to complete.
