2026-2027 Community Needs Assessment

WHAT ARE THE NEEDS IN THE COMMUNITY? WE WANT TO HEAR FROM YOU!

Each year, the City of Santa Clarita (City) receives roughly $1.4 million for its Community Development Block Grant (CDBG). The City wants your opinion on how the funding should be spent next year from July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027.

The federal government allows the City to spend this money on activities related to housing, public services, and public facilities and infrastructure to benefit primarily low-and moderate-income residents.
