The MOMS Act Maternal Mental Health Awareness Survey

The purpose of this anonymous survey is to better understand awareness of maternal mental health conditions, knowledge of available perinatal mental health resources, and attitudes toward seeking mental health care during pregnancy and the postpartum period. The information collected will help guide educational and outreach efforts to improve awareness of The MOMS Act and available perinatal mental health resources for TRICARE beneficiaries. Your participation is voluntary. The survey will take approximately 3–5 minutes to complete. No personally identifying information will be collected, and all responses will remain anonymous.
