This is an opportunity for all Century City stakeholders - our property owners, the developer, residents, tenants, those who work here and also our visitors – to give your opinion regarding the level of service you receive from the Century City Property Owners’Association (CCPOA) as well as suggest areas of improvement.

As the CCPOA, we are responsible for a wide range of functions and services. Our goal is to deliver these responsibilities in a smart, innovative, and cost-efficient way that secures Century City’s standing as Cape Town’s leading mixed-use development and lifestyle destination. Above all, we remain committed to being highly responsive to the needs and aspirations of our property owners and other stakeholders.

The results of previous surveys have helped us to understand the needs of our community and to structure our projects and budget in a way that best benefits Century City as a whole.
