We know your seat is important to you. We're expecting a high volume of calls and requests in the lead-up to our 2027 Season Packages renewal period, so we thank you in advance for your patience. This form is the fastest way to submit your seat or package change request, and directs it straight to the relevant team.
All requests will be reviewed after the Welcome Home Event on 26 August and will be accommodated where possible, subject to availability. If we are unable to offer your preferred seat, we will work with you to explore alternative options.
Please note: seat change requests will be prioritised based on subscriber tenure and, where applicable, your 2023 subscription package. Once accepted, changes to Principal Packages are final.
