Preliminary evaluation criteria were developed to compare the relief route options (including the no build option) to each other within the following categories:
Safety
Congestion management
Statewide connectivity
Economic development
Feasibility, design and engineering
Environmental and community resources
Preliminary costs
More information on each of these categories is available in the Evaluation Criteria handout located on the workshop website here. After this workshop, the study team will fill out the evaluation criteria table and share the results at a future community workshop.
