PGCMLS Survey - Staffing Levels

The Union bargaining team would like to get a better understanding of staffing issues at each of the branches.

Definition of adequate level of staffing: 

- Able to staff all branch service desks for all branch open hours without closing a desk
- Staff able to take breaks and meals
- Subs needed only infrequently
- Staff have time off desk to perform other duties as assigned
