Spring 2024 Survey

We are currently weighing options as to what we can continue to offer to the community or what we can start offering, what the community can afford, number of kids interested, times available, etc. Please take our survey below to help us know interest & availability. Thanks so much in advance!

3.What age will your child be in as of March 1st, 2024?(Required.)
4.Does your child have previous experience? How much were you paying per month for one class?(Required.)
5.Would you be interested in recreational, performance team or competitive? What's the difference? Recreational learns things for the experience and for fun. Recreational classes have the option to perform but it would not be required. Performance team would perform at local festivals, establishments, parades, etc. Competitive would travel to compete within a 100-150 mile radius.(Required.)
6.This question has multiple parts. Part A: Would you be able to pay a $35 Annual Enrollment Fee prior to the start of class? Part B: Would you be able to pay $45/4 week pay period for a 30 minute class? $50/4 week pay period for a 45 minute class? $55 per 4 week pay period for an hour class? Part C: Would you utilize financial assistance if offered?(Required.)
7.We understand that some children have different needs than others. Our toddler class(ages walking-35 months) is the only class that requires parents to stay. Children typically thrive and listen better when parents are not present. We would gladly let parents stay for the first few lessons until the child is comfortable with us. Would you be comfortable leaving your child with us after that?(Required.)

9.Would you be interested in doing a 9 month session with a recital at the end rather than paying in 4 week sessions? This would be split up into 3 or 4 payments throughout the year if needed.
