Thank you for participating in the Alberta Municipal Health & Safety Association (AMHSA) 2025 Member Survey!

The survey takes approx. 5-7 minutes to complete, and your received feedback is used to inform 2026 Business Plan and 2026-2028 Strategic Planning activities.

Survey respondents who submit by end of day on August 15th are eligible to participate in an Early Bird draw for a $250 Amazon gift card. Please note: to enter our prize draw, you must provide contact information in the closing survey question.
