Alumni interviews are a great way for you to learn more about Roots & Branches Foundation, and for former members of Roots & Branches Foundation to learn more about you. These interviews are meant to be fun and informal. They will not last more than an hour, and should be conducted in a time and space that is convenient for you. After your meeting, the alum will share their takeaways to help inform the selection process, but they will not have a say in the ultimate decision of the selection committee.
