Thank you for agreeing to take this important survey. A Committee of the Louisiana State Bar Association and Louisiana Supreme Court have launched a Modest Means Online Legal Directory to make legal services available to low and moderate income individuals who are ineligible for legal aid but unable to afford traditional market rate legal services. This directory is designed to connect low and moderate income clients with Louisiana attorneys who offer services at reduced rates. For an attorney to be listed on the directory, he or she is required to first take this survey. This survey is designed to help identify attorneys that are already offering reduced or discounted services to Louisianians who may not otherwise have access to legal representation.  Please respond to the following inquiries as completely and accurately as possible. Taking this survey does not guarantee that your name will be added to the online directory. Thank you for participating.
