Volunteer South's commitment to upskilling the community and voluntary sector.

The Team at Volunteer South - Dunedin knows this year has been tiring - and that there is a strong need for upskilling and support for people involved in the community and voluntary sector. Volunteer South is now seeking feedback to ensure that the professional and organisational development opportunities it delivers is appropriate, supportive and pitched at the right levels/community groups/management level.

Leaders of Volunteers Training and Networking (monthly Feb-Nov)

Mahi Tahi Volunteer Sector interface meetings (to be monthly in 2021)

Leaders of Volunteers volunteer management Facebook group

Dedicated mentoring and support from our Team (Mentorship service)

One-off free training in topics of interest (e.g. cultural competency, working with the rainbow community etc.)
