Rural Cancer Program Interest Survey for Currently-Accredited CoC Programs

If your currently-accredited CoC programs plans to switch to the Rural Cancer Program (RCP) category in late 2026, please complete this interest survey. Only programs that meet the eligibility requirement should complete this survey.

Eligible hospitals are those that are located in a county designated with a Rural-Urban Continuum Codes (RUCC) of 4-9.
