The event is July 17th, 2 - 8 pm downtown Flint (the Riverfront is not available so the venue has moved).

Instructions will be sent out by mid-May.

You will need to provide an invoice and W9 for payment before the day.

Checks will be distributed the day of the event after your performance.

Riders will be accepted but we cannot guarantee they will be honored fully (we are a small group with no funding source for this event outside of sponsors).
