What is this survey?
Ruils Independent Living is a local organisation that supports Disabled people to live independent lives. We want to know more about disrepairs in social housing in Wandsworth. A disrepair is a problem with your home that makes it difficult or dangerous for you to live there. This includes problems like broken heating, damp, and blocked drains or gutters. We want to know about:

  • Disrepairs you have had in your property
  • What happened when you reported disrepairs to your housing provider
  • How disrepairs have affected your household
