Thank you for taking part in this study. Before you continue I will tell you the purpose of the study and how the data will be used.

The survey should take approximately 5 - 10 minutes complete and your answers are anonymous.

I am carrying out this evaluation study as part of my Masters qualification in Human Resource Management. My question is “What is the role of employee voice in improving employee engagement?”

I want to explore the perceptions and experiences of employee voice within the Trust and discover what enabling and limiting factors exist for facilitating and harnessing employee voice, as well as consider the role of employee voice in engagement.

The data collected from the survey will be analysed by the researcher (myself). My aim is to draw conclusions about the links between employee voice and engagement, and to make recommendations about how employee voice can be facilitated and harnessed.

The findings of the study will be written up into the assignment which will be submitted to Leeds Metropolitan University. Anonymous findings and recommendations may also be shared with key people within the Trust such as the Director of Workforce and the Organisational Development team.
