Welcome to this survey by NAZ! Taking part in this survey is VOLUNTARY. Declining to take part will not influence any services you receive.
• This survey is looking at the sexual health knowledge, attitudes and practices of Black, Asian and Minority men who have sex with men.
• The survey will take no more than 5 - 10 min to complete.
• The findings of the survey will help us inform our planning of sexual health services.
• The survey is completely ANONYMOUS. Please DO NOT write down your name or full address on it. No one will be able to link your answers to you.
