HMW 2024 Partner Agreement Form
Houston Money Week (HMW) is a community-wide collaborative initiative to empower families and individuals through financial education. By volunteering to become a partner with HMW, you agree to the following:
• I will not advertise, promote, or attempt to sell ANY products or services during HMW events (April 1-30) for which I (individual or organization) could receive any form of compensation.
• I will provide approved financial education, tools and resources in an unbiased manner during any HMW event(s) that I conduct. Educational materials must be from the current HMW approved curriculum list or
approved by the Leadership Team.
• All items, including but not limited to, materials, promotional items, training and refreshments, etc., will be FREE during all HMW events to all participants and volunteers.
• I will not charge any fees to the event attendees, volunteers, and presenters associated with any portion of a HMW event or activity.
• I will use HMW's approved logo on all flyers, postcards and other materials in support of HMW events.
• I will gain proper authorization to allow HMW the use of my company or organization’s logo and information in HMW marketing materials, social media, and on HMW's website.
• I will provide HMW information regarding my HMW events/activities. This includes posting events and activities to the online calendar via the website.
•I will complete an Event Evaluation provided by Houston Money Week Leadership for every event I or my organization host during HMW. I will promptly complete the evaluation and submit it within a week of the event's conclusion. If the event is a collaboration then the collaborative partners and I will complete only one evaluation form per event.
