What do Caregivers need?

The Chariklo Project - a multi-channel-platform that connects Caregivers to the information/resources they need for self-care and manage their loved ones’ healthcare.  The first rule of Caregiving is "take care of yourself" so you can care for others.

It is well known in healthcare that the right information - at the right time  - to the right person can save a person’s life.

This project aims to equip Caregivers - who are often women - with the right information - such as how to pay for medicine, services available for self-care, how to advocate with your loved ones’ healthcare providers and the right questions to ask, so that they can advance and extend their loved one’s lives.

The purpose of this anonymous survey is to collect information to develop resources for Caregivers of both chronic and life-threatening diseases.  Thank you for your time.
