The Q4 Application window was November 20 - November 22. If you submitted an application, you can expect to be notified by mid-December if you have been chosen as a recipient. If you were unable to submit your application for the Q4 application window, don't worry - you can apply for the next round of IntelyHeart grants. You will be notified when the new window is open in 2023.
