The Fire Services Training Institute (FSTI) has been awarded a Listos California CERT Support Grant, LC24207601, which includes conducting this survey for grant sub-awards in support of current CERT programs and established new ones. Completion of this survey is the first mandatory step sub-grant applicants must take to be eligible to apply. Cal OES asks that all California CERT programs respond to this survey, regardless of intent to apply for support through the grant

By completing this survey, you provide critical information to help the Governor’s Office of Emergency Services (CalOES) to better understand California’s CERT programs and their needs, including education, training, equipment, program support, staffing, and funding. Your responses will also help FSTI and CalOES develop a support structure that is responsive to unique needs of today's CERT programs, and will continue to support them now and in the future.
