The festival showcases various aspects of the Hispanic culture, with food booths, crafters, and community and health agencies; including live entertainment and artists. El festival permite a los empresarios locales mostrar sus productos a cientos de personas que asisten al festival.

Posen-Robbins School District 143.5 is asking that all food vendors provide the following documentation:

1. Proof that they are registered with the local health department.
2. Proof of Food Safety Certification.
3. Products are labeled with ingredients, allergens, and a statement if they are produced in a home kitchen.
4. Mobile Food Vendors License: A license;
Commissary: Must use a licensed shared kitchen for food preparation.
Equipment: Vehicles must have approved refrigeration/heating with thermometers.
Safety: Fire Safety Class (FSC) is required for trucks with gas systems.
Labeling & Packaging: All packaged food must include a label with the common name, ingredients, allergens, and producer information.
Liability: Proof of liability insurance.
