NIPA is seeking proposals from experienced retirement industry professionals to support the content updates and development of our Certificate Courses. This initiative furthers NIPA’s mission to provide accurate, engaging, and relevant education for pension administrators and retirement plan professionals.
This opportunity is solely focused on content — updating, editing, and advising on course material. NIPA Headquarters and the Professional Development Committee (PDC) will work directly with each selected Specialist to determine what updates are needed for each existing course and to identify any new course development opportunities.
Specialists will not be expected to:

- Create PowerPoint presentations
- Format materials for publication
- Record or produce final course content
NIPA staff and the PDC will handle those responsibilities, allowing you to focus purely on what you do best — sharing your knowledge.

- Reviewer – Audit existing course materials for accuracy, clarity, and industry alignment.
- Editor – Update language, terminology, examples, and format to align with current best practices and instructional design.
- Course Developer – Create new or restructured content/modules as needed.
