The City of Weslaco has been running a recycling program for several years. Thanks to recently awarded grants and city funding we have been able to continue expanding our efforts. We currently have a Recycle Center located at 1912 Joe Stephens Avenue and will soon be opening a southside location at 2900 S. Border Avenue. Our goal is to reduce pollution and the amount waste going to our landfills.
