This application is for arts and crafts sales booths to be set up at the Heritage Quilt & Art Show on Friday, June 26th at Woodstock Lavender Co. at 13394 KY Highway 39 in Somerset. The event will be from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM and is part of the Lake Cumberland 250 Celebration. This project is a partnership between Woodstock Lavender Co., Somerset Junior Woman's Club, and Watershed Arts Alliance.
--Set-up will be Friday, June 26th beginning at 4:30 PM EDT. ALL booths must be ready to open by 5:45 PM.
--You will need to bring your own table(s), chair(s) and signage. Feel free to bring a pop-up tent if needed for shade or to protect your art.
--You will need to bring your own cash to make change for any cash sales.
--Some booths MAY be set up inside the event barn IF space is available, otherwise ALL booths will be outside.
