The Education Team of the Children, Youth and Families – Addiction and Mental Health Edmonton Zone (AHS) is pleased to offer these FREE lunchtime webinars for parents and caregivers seeking more information regarding mental health issues that may affect our children and youth.

In this 45 minute online session, we’ll discuss the importance of sleep for overall health and well-being, what influences the quality of our sleep, the amount of sleep our kids need, and the factors that interfere with our sleep.  We  will also begin looking at healthy sleep hygiene strategies like sleep scheduling.

Virtual Delivery:
We are pleased to offer virtual presentation delivery! We will use Zoom as our online platform, sending out private links to registrants 2 hours prior to the session. For more info on virtual delivery read our info sheet here.

Presentations are open to all adults in the community who want more information for supporting resiliency and well-being in children and adolescents.
