Loyola Medal 2024 - Nomination form

The recipient of the Loyola Medal shall be a person whose character, philosophy and contribution has enriched the heritage of Canada and humanity.

Please note:
1) The completion of this nomination form should take approximately 10-20 minutes.
2) The nominator and nominee cannot be the same person.
3) All nominations must be complete to be considered

  • Is an outstanding citizen as evidenced by character and life philosophy.
  • Has made a significant contribution to Canada.
  • Embodies the ideals and spirit which characterized Loyola college (service to others, concern, and respect for other persons).
  • Receipt of the award will bring prestige to both the Concordia and Loyola names.
