#LoveLocal Festival Expression of Interest Site Booking

#LoveLocal Festival is a new, exciting celebration of local businesses in the Port Macquarie-Hastings region! The festival will be held on the 19th of November at Bain Park in Wauchope from 2pm - 6pm.
We are on the look out for local businesses to be involved and have a display, food truck, demonstration or stall at the festival.
All different industries of business are encouraged to attend and have a display!

We will review your expression of interest and contact you with any questions we may have. We will then confirm your site booking and send you through all of the details of the day.

7.There is undercover and open air sites available.
Undercover sites will be under a marquee with a trestle table and 2 chairs provided for $50.
Open air sites (3x3m OR 3x6m in size) are free and you are able to bring your own gazebo, this is recommended especially for businesses with branded tents!(Required.)
8.POWER – limited availability ($20.00 per outlet)
NOTE: ONE outlet per TAGGED appliance. ALL extension cords and appliances MUST be tagged(Required.)

All applications must include copies of the following;
● Public Liability Insurance certificate
● Food Safety – where applicable
● Food Safety Supervisor Certificate – where applicable (All food stalls will require a Food Safety Supervisor onsite)
● Mobile food stall/ van Approval from Port Macquarie Hastings Council.

By submitting this Expression of Interest, you are agreeing that you understand and will undertake the following terms and conditions:
  1. That the information provided here is correct according to your knowledge.
  2. That you are willing to participate in the campaign and provide timely information and feedback as requested and are willing to contribute as a participant in the campaign.
  3. That you are willing for your business name and description to be included in public promotions of the campaign.
  4. That you are willing to provide feedback on your experience to the Wauchope Chamber which we may include in our reporting and/ or as a promotion of the campaign or the Chamber itself.
  5. That you understand this campaign is facilitated by the Wauchope Chamber of Commerce and you agree to become a member of the Wauchope Chamber of Commerce. By submitting this form, you will become a Member at the LITE (free) level. (currently free and paid options available)
  6. That your Business profile and associated promotional materials will be included in the Wauchope Chamber websites and social media along with any other relevant projects/ activities.
  7. You may be asked by the Chamber to share a positive news story, insights, or other information regarding what you are doing in your business in the interest of local business promotion and sharing of knowledge with our local business community.
  8. That you will receive communications from the Wauchope Chamber of Commerce of which you can unsubscribe at any time.
  9. The decision determining successful applications will be approved by the Wauchope Chamber executive and is final.
