Loughborough and Weber bridge replacements over I-55

The Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT) finishing design for two bridge replacements over I-55 at Loughborough in the city of St. Louis and Weber in the city of St. Louis and St. Louis County. The project is currently scheduled to start in late 2027. MoDOT has also been working with the city of St. Louis to replace the Loughborough bridge over the railroad tracks, just to the west of the interstate, at the same time as the Loughborough bridge over the interstate is replaced.
