Residents of Loose Parish, together with other interested parties, are invited to comment on the Pre-Submission Version Loose Parish Neighbourhood Development Plan.
We already have Neighbourhood Plans covering North Loose and Loose, but since the Parish was enlarged, we are taking the opportunity to write a new one for the whole area.
The new Neighbourhood Development Plan is a document that sets out a vision and objectives and a series of planning policies for our Parish for the coming years to 2038. It is an important tool to influence what happens here - how land is used and how planning applications in our area are determined.
