We want to hear from you!
We want to know your thoughts about caring for a family member or friend who is over age 60.
For this survey, we define a caregiver as someone who is providing unpaid assistance for a family member (spouse, parent, in-law, other relative), friend or neighbor who is age 60 or above and resides in the Lompoc Valley.
Assistance could include:
* Cooking, laundry, house cleaning, shopping
* Home maintenance or repair
* Transportation (to run errands or to a doctor appointment)
* Feeding, bathing, toileting, dressing or grooming
* Administering medication
* Managing financial or legal affairs
* Providing direct financial support
* Providing emotional and/or social support (visiting, calling on the phone)
* Arranging and/or monitoring outside help or services
* Other support
