Living Windows Living Windows has been a special Downtown Jefferson City Event for nearly 40 years. The 2015 event will happen on Friday, December 4. Living Windows has always been a vendor-free event allowing downtown businesses to offer their services or other groups to do "give-aways" such as hot chocolate or cookies.
