Little Libraries survey

Kia ora and thank you for taking part.

We’d love to hear how your Little Library is going and what it has been like for your tamariki, kaiako and whānau.

We’re interested in what has worked well, what difference it has made, and anything that could make the programme even better. We would also like to know if you need books replacing.

We ask for your name and centre so the Little Libraries team can send replacement books if needed. All other responses will be anonymised by the evaluator.

The survey should take around 10–15 minutes.

Ngā mihi nui for taking the time to share your experiences with us.
