What is the purpose of this survey?

This list of survey questions is designed to:

   1. gather the general impressions people have of Little Italy

   2. evaluate their level and means of connectivity to the identity of the
       neighborhood 
1.Do you have Italian ancestry?
2.Do you live in the neighborhood?
3.If you live in the neighborhood but have not lived here your entire life, do you have a connection to the neighborhood? (For example, did your parents, grandparents or other ancestors live here in the past or do they live here currently?)
4.If you have familial connections to the neighborhood and live here currently, do you live in an ancestral home?
5.How would you describe yourself (circle all that apply)?

7.If you do not live in the neighborhood, how often do you visit?
8.What age range do you fall into?
9.How strong is the sense of community in this neighborhood?
10.If you spend time in Tony Brush Park, how often do you visit?
11.Overall, how clean is this neighborhood?
12.How well are the neighborhood streets maintained?
13.How well are the neighborhood sidewalks maintained?
14.How well are the buildings maintained?
15.If you live in the neighborhood, how often do you walk from your residence to a destination in the neighborhood?  
(For example: a walk from your residence to get a coffee, visit a friend, get a bite to eat or to go to church.)
