On May 9th, 2022, we celebrated Lindsay’s Birthday on the shared lawn between the Scotts Bluff County Courthouse (1725 10th St, Gering, NE 69341) and the Scotts Bluff County Administration Building.
We celebrated her life and dedicated the pergola built in Lindsay’s name. The Honorable Judge Worden, Andrea Rein from CASA of Scotts Bluff County, Brooke and Kyle Lacy, and Lindsay’s father (Paul) spoke in honor of Lindsay. There was time for people to socialize after the event.
Memories will be shared with her family.
