Lights, Camera, No Action Application

The Lights, Camera, No Action Pilot Program, launched by the Office of Councilmember Kristina Duggan and administered by the Community Development Department's Neighborhood Services Bureau, is a pilot program issuing up to $100 rebates for residents, businesses, nonprofits, and religious institutions, located in the 3rd District of Long Beach, to purchase and install publicly facing cameras or lighting that will improve the safety of the neighborhood. Applications are reviewed and approved by 3rd District Neighborhood Watch volunteers without influence by the Council office.
