This award celebrates someone who has spent many years helping people in their community to be active, healthy, and involved. It recognises long-term dedication, passion, and a lasting positive impact on others.
Important Information. Nominees must:
- Live or work in Cheshire East
- Be aged 16 or over
- Have achievements within the last 12 months
- Be involved in sport, physical activity, or health and wellbeing
