Respite (RESS’ – pit): Respite is simply a way of giving a temporary or short-term break to caregivers.
The purpose of the survey is to demonstrate the need for respite services in Arkansas and promote development of a statewide respite system.
The survey is sponsored by Arkansas Department of Human Services, Division of Aging and Adult Services. For more information, call the Choices in Living Resource Center at 1-866-801-3435.
Only caregivers will be asked to complete all questions, which should take about 10 - 15 minutes. Thank you for your time.
Please note: If you provide care for more than one person, some questions on the survey regarding the care involved could have multiple answers. To provide accurate information regarding the care involved with each individual, you may need to complete a separate survey for each one.
