Surgical Headlight Survey

Dear Surgeon,

Thank you for taking the time to fill out the survey. As part of an ongoing improvement process for surgical safety, the Lifebox Foundation is working to develop a robust, durable, low cost surgical headlight for use in low resource settings. We would be incredibly helpful to obtain your insight on the current state of surgical lighting in lower resource settings and how the headlight could be best designed. Thank you in advance for your help and participation.

Warm regards
